What we check
On each visit, we walk the exterior and check accessible entry points for signs of forced entry or tampering. We clear accumulated mail and flyers, note anything that looks out of place, and check for visible signs of water intrusion, pest activity or storm damage.

A dated photo report after every visit, so you have a running record of the property's condition while it's unoccupied.
