Maintenance Coordination
We coordinate up to 2 routine maintenance issues each month on Tunza Essential and up to 4 on Tunza Plus, from scheduling through follow-up, so nothing sits open on your to-do list.
What "coordination" means here
When a routine issue comes up, whether it's something we flag during a visit or something you report to us directly, we handle the back-and-forth: confirming scope with your vendor, scheduling a time that works, arranging access, and following up to confirm the work was completed. You select and approve the vendor, the scope, the price and the spending. We coordinate; we do not direct the vendor's work or commit you to a cost.
You stay in control of who does the work and what it costs. We handle the coordination around it so it doesn't take up your evenings and weekends.
How it fits with contractor access
Maintenance Coordination and Contractor Access work together: coordination covers the scheduling and follow-up, and a contractor access appointment covers the on-site meeting itself. Contractor access is not included with Tunza Essential; Essential members book it at the member rate of $149 per appointment. Tunza Plus includes one contractor access appointment each month, and additional ones are $99. Issues beyond your monthly allowance get member pricing rather than being turned away.
What this is not
We coordinate access and scheduling; we don't perform licensed trade work ourselves. Property owners approve and engage their own vendors directly for the work itself.
