Effective July 18, 2026. This page explains what information we collect through this site, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
When you submit our property support application, we collect the information you provide: your full name, email address, phone number, property city or ZIP code, number of units, and the reason you're reaching out. We don't collect anything beyond what's on that form.
If you schedule a fit call, our scheduling provider, Calendly, collects whatever information you enter into their booking widget, such as your name, email and the time you selected.
We use your information to review your application, evaluate whether your property is a fit for our current capacity, and follow up with you by phone or email. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't use it to send marketing emails you haven't asked for.
Your application is submitted through Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which stores and delivers submissions to us. If you schedule a call, Calendly processes that booking. We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it with advertisers.
If your property is accepted and you become a client, we may share relevant property details with independent contractors or vendors involved in coordinating work at your property, only as needed to provide the service you've engaged us for, and only after you've approved that vendor directly.
This site does not use analytics or advertising tracking of its own. Google Fonts, Calendly and Formspree are loaded from their own servers to make this site and its form work, and each of those services may set their own cookies or log basic technical information, such as your IP address, under their own privacy policies.
We keep application information for as long as it's useful for evaluating your application and, if you become a client, for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain accurate records afterward.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. Submitting an application is always optional, and you can ask us to withdraw it at any time before we've confirmed a service agreement.
This site and our services are intended for property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this page occasionally as our services or tools change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

Tunza Property provides property support, documentation and vendor coordination services. We do not provide real estate brokerage, leasing, tenant placement, rent collection, legal, engineering, code inspection or licensed trade services. Property owners approve and engage independent vendors directly.
