We work from our Turnover Readiness Checklist, a structured list of the operational steps between tenants. We coordinate scheduling for cleaning, painting and lock changes with your vendors, track what's been completed, and do a final walkthrough with a photo report before the unit is ready to list again.
We coordinate the process; we don't perform cleaning, painting or locksmith work ourselves, and we don't handle leasing, tenant placement or lease paperwork. Property owners approve and engage vendors directly for the work itself.
