You stay in control of who does the work and what it costs. We handle the coordination around it so it doesn't take up your evenings and weekends.
Maintenance Coordination and Contractor Access work together: coordination covers the scheduling and follow-up, and the included contractor access appointment covers the on-site meeting itself. Issues beyond your monthly plan get preferred pricing rather than being turned away.
We coordinate access and scheduling; we don't perform licensed trade work ourselves. Property owners approve and engage their own vendors directly for the work itself.
