We meet the contractor, provide access, stay on-site for the appointment and lock up when the work is done, so you don't have to take time off to let someone in.
A contractor gives you a four-hour window on a weekday. You either take time off, ask a tenant to handle it, or leave a key somewhere and hope for the best. None of those are good options when you're managing a property from a distance, or just trying to keep your own workday intact.
You or your vendor schedule the appointment; we coordinate timing and confirm it in advance. We arrive at the property for the scheduled window, provide access, and remain on-site for the appointment. When the contractor finishes, we do a visual walkthrough of the work area, take photos, and lock up.
One contractor access appointment is included in your monthly plan, with preferred pricing on any additional appointments.
We are not a licensed trade and don't inspect or sign off on the technical quality of the work performed. Property owners approve and engage their own contractors directly; we handle the access and on-site coordination around that appointment.
